Waterpoint Services Ltd believe that the sanitisation and maintenance of our rented water coolers is not an optional extra and as such is included in the rental price. It is an essential regular practice that ensures the hygiene of the machines and therefore also ensures the quality and the purity of the water.

Our inclusive sanitisation and maintenance package consists of:

Quarterly sanitisation of your water cooler inside and out using natural ozone

Six monthly filter change using a 1 Micron Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) Filter

Descaling as necessary

Spare parts

24 hour call out – 7 days per week

Replacement machine where necessary

Trained technicians

Scheduled visits

WATER COOLER FILTERS

Waterpoint provide as standard 1 micron Omnipure carbon block filters in all of our water coolers, we exchange these filters every 6 months to maintain the quality and purity of the water you will be drinking. Our superior Omnipure filters are designed to reduce chlorine by 95%, remove 99.99% of all cysts including cryptosporadium and giardia and reduce sediment and poor tastes and odours, thus dramatically improving the taste of the water.

The Omnipure carbon block is extremely effective at treating feed water for insecticides, pesticides, benzene, petro-chemicals, PCB'S and defoliants. The minimum capacity of our filters is 5700 litres. All materials and components used to construct Omnipure filters are approved for contact with potable water and meet that applicable code of Federal Regulations, Title 21 of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In addition, the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certifies all materials in all Omnipure filters are perfomance tested in accordance with NSF Class 1 standard 42 to ensure a true service life is expressed.
